U.S. Customs  
My packages are getting delayed due to U.S. Customs holding them up. Damn, I'm so pissed. I really hate it that I have to tell the customers to go to the nearest post office or customs to claim their package. It's such a hassle in their part. I want it delivered to their doorstep. Damn you U.S. Customs. There's really nothing me and the courier company can do about this only wait for the parcel to be cleared.

I'm hoping for future orders I can do something about this delay or to speed up the process or somehow get around it. I'm going to have to research on paperwork and see if there's anything I can do beforehand so as to avoid lengthy procedures in the clearance.
